Our Pastors

Pastors Jorge Ley Jr. and his wife, Gabriela Ley, have been married for over 46 years. They have been serving as pastors in Chula Vista, California, since 1999. Pastor Jorge is highly respected within our organization and has been an ordained minister for more than 40 years.

Professionally, Pastor Jorge is an educational psychologist. He earned his master's degree from National University in 1997 and his bachelor's degree in 1992. He is also credentialed by the State of California as a bilingual high school teacher and school administrator.

Our pastors are gifted speakers who are frequently invited to share their experience and knowledge on topics such as marriage enrichment, effective parenting and family discipline, and Christian counseling.

Pastor Jorge often shares a phrase that reflects the heart of his teaching and ministry:
